Description
Part V of the Genesis Series - A visual metaphor of how I saw the combination of the beauty of the world with the beauty of the story of creation in the Holy Bible. What is interesting is that every religion across the world has a similar story about the creation of the world. I was inspired by a nearly disastrous time in 1998 when Hurricane Floyd, a level 5, size of Texas hurricane was heading straight for South Florida. I lived in Fort Lauderdale, but was evacuated to Sarasota Florida where I stayed with my good friends to be safe. By God's Grace, the Hurricane moved right up the Eastern Seaboard, but never made real landfall until way up north where it had weakened by then. Had it hit Southern Florida, it would have been devastating, instead, while standing on the beach Sunday night and watching the clouds move past the sunset at a rate of speed I will never witness again in my life with these exact colors; I was impacted profoundly forever about the power of Mother Nature and God's Creation and Power.
